An old-time craft and skill demonstrations, storytelling, and live music in the historic Appalachian village! Traditional food and drink will be available from our concession kitchen beginning at 11 AM.

Eat & Drink: The Best of New Orleans Cooking Class 

When: Saturday, January 22nd, 5pm-8pm
Where: The Cutting Edge Classroom / 150 N Martinwood Rd. Suite 402, Knoxville  
       

Enjoy a culinary tour of New Orleans without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands on, and interactive cooking class.  Chef John will walk you through a menu of some of New Orleans favorite foods as you help create an amazing meal with the rest of the class! You will meet new friends while enjoying a unique and delicious experience that is sure to please! Best of all you will get to eat what is made in class! Price is for one person ages 16-adult.

Paint a cute "Mom and Me" owl set with your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or other special kid in your life. This 1.5 hour class will provide all art supplies. You are welcome to bring in light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in this family class. Registration and payment is needed to guarantee your seat. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early.
