Experience this 1992 classic like never before - on the big screen in the historic Tennessee Theatre. Enjoy some popcorn and a cold drink. Before the film, hear the Mighty Wurlitzer organ fill the auditorium with magnificent music.
About the movie: As America's stock of athletic young men is depleted during World War II, a professional all-female baseball league springs up in the Midwest, funded by publicity-hungry candy maker Walter Harvey (Garry Marshall). Competitive sisters Dottie Hinson (Geena Davis) and Kit Keller (Lori Petty) spar with each other, scout Ernie Capadino (Jon Lovitz) and grumpy has-been coach Jimmy Dugan (Tom Hanks) on their way to fame. Madonna and Rosie O'Donnell co-star as two of the sisters' teammates. This film is 2 hours and 8 minutes long and is rated PG.
Tickets for Adults are $10 + fees. Children 12 and Under are $8 + fees. Seniors 60 and older are $8 + fees.
Free parking is available after 6pm in the State Street parking garage located behind the Theatre.
