Do: Axes, Alpacas, and Wine!
This is some fun that you do not want to miss out on! Axe throwing, alpacas, and wine tasting, what more could you ask for? This is a unique and memorable experience like none other!
Enjoy beautiful East Tennessee with three unique farm tours rolled into one amazing experience. Your experience starts with 45 minutes of axe throwing. From there you take a 15 minute drive down the road to Rocking Chair Farm. Here you will tour the farm, meet many different animals, and have an opportunity to interact with the alpacas. Another short 15 minute drive brings you to The Winery at Seven Springs Farm. Enjoy a complimentary tasting which will include eight of their wines, ciders, and wine slushies. You will also get an amazing charcuterie snack with meats, cheeses, and jelly to perfectly pair with the wine.
You will receive a passport book at the first stop and get stamps at each venue. Bring the completed passport to the Winery and receive a free commemorative wine glass! How much fun is this?!?!

Eat & Drink: Sip & Stir - Dumpling Feast Cooking Class
Where: Flour Power Kids Cooking Studio / 117 Lovell Rd. Knoxville
This adult sip & stir class will sure make you the hit of your next party! Learn to make Pan Fried Curry Chicken Wontons and Steamed Asian Pork Dumplings.
Bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer and a friend! Or maybe come and meet new friends!

Sound has been used in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing the body, mind, and spirit. This 60-minute session will lead you through a soothing sound healing journey.
Join in, relax, and be guided to a renewed spirit.

An excellent waterfront lot, with gorgeous views in the peaceful Emory Cove subdivision. This property in not dockable, however community docks are available! With one dock set right across the street! Conveniently located in proximity to Kingston, Harriman, and Knoxville.
Family: Free Yoga at Edgewood Park!
Where: Edgewood Park / 3109 Ocoee Trail, Knoxville
Join together at Edgewood Park on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month for free yoga!
This is an all-levels class. Bring a mat, towel, and some water.
This is a free class, but a suggested donation of $2-$5 is appreciaed and can be paid through Venmo (@Norah-Vines) or with cash.
After the family joins together for yoga enjoy some playtime at the park.
