Do: Downtown Knox First Friday Art Walk - 20 Year Celebration
Downtown Knoxville is celebrating 20 years of First Fridays. First Fridays happen (your guessed it) the first Friday of every month whether rain or shine and it's free!
Enjoy a casual evening of ART in all forms. Exhibits vary from place to place. Explore the list of what's happening this month, map events, and check back as events are added before each First Friday at this link: https://www.downtownknoxville.org/firstfriday-artwalk/events/.
Explore galleries, studios, and artist collectives; roam through shops hosting open houses and local artist exhibits; enjoy performance art and live music in a variety of venues; drop in restaurants along the way and treat yourself to drinks and great food.

Eat & Drink: Cast Iron Cooking Class
Where: The Cutting Edge Classroom / 150 N Martinwood Rd, Ste. 402, Knoxville
Cast iron cooking is not just for Grandma anymore! In this fun, hands-on, and interactive class you will learn the ins and outs of cast iron care and cooking! The Chef will show you how well this time-tested cookware handles everything from searing proteins and vegetables to making delicious desserts. They will also show you how to season and care for your cast iron pans and dutch ovens. This class will surely help you to up your cast iron cooking game at home!

Try: Line Dancing at RiverView Family Farm
Grab your boots and head to RiverView Family Farm for Line Dancing at the barn. This event kicks off at 5:30pm with RiverView Burgers food truck followed by the dance floor opening up at 6:00 pm. No experience needed, Volunteer Line Dance will be offering complimentary lessons to help you get moving!
Open to the public. Admission is $5.00 per person (Children under 12 are free).

Watch & Listen: Concert of Many Colors - A Tribute To Dolly Parton
Where: Yee Haw Knoxville / 745 N Broadway, Knoxville
This is going to be one for the ages... a full night dedicated to the amazing music from country music legend and east Tennessee icon, Dolly Parton.
The band is made up of some amazing local musicians including Kelsi Walker, Haley Labelle, Lauryl Brisson, Evi Andrus, Po Hannah , and Grady Milligan.

Self Care Sunday: Yoga with the Bullies
Where: Ultimutt / 11225 Threadstone Lane, Knoxville
Use this Sunday for some Self Care, but also for a good cause. Yoga with the Bullies is back and who doesn't love some slobbery kisses from a bulldog while in downward dog. Get your zen on with the help from some of the bulldog ambassadors.
The best part: 100% of the proceeds go to helping bulldogs get the medical attention they need and help them find loving homes. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
