Marble Springs State Historic Site is participating in the Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day on Saturday, September 18th. Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country.
Marble Springs will be offering special Arboretum and Nature tours through their hiking trails and springs exploring the variety of fauna and wildlife that call the wildlife sanctuary home. Tours will take place at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM and should take about 45 minutes. Admission is $4/ person; Free for Members!
Marble Springs State Historic Site is funded under an agreement with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Tennessee Historical Commission.

This Friday, Childhelp Tennessee is introducing a fresh take on the beloved event Oysterfest, a Knoxville hometown favorite for 24 years. Childhelp Surf & Turf tailgate is scheduled for Friday, September 17, the night before the Tennessee Tech vs the Tennessee Vols game. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the tailgate with your closest friends while enjoying Knoxville's best southern cuisine (the banana pudding is a must)! Multiple levels of sponsorship are available to reach this audience of die-hard orange and white fans looking to support the children of Childhelp, Inc.

A gentle stretch yoga class designed for all skill levels, plus there will be dogs! Some of the adoptable dogs will make an appearance while Marie is teaching, and all that you need to bring is a mat.

A curtain call from when they sold out three consecutive shows at Pretentious in June, they wanted to bring this to a bigger stage so more folks can enjoy it.

An all-star cast of Knoxville music scene players come together for one amazing night of music to pay tribute to the one and only Dolly Parton.
The house band is all local musicians including Haley Labelle, Lauryl Brisson, Jasmine Hoisington, Kelsi Walker, Jake Smith, and Grady Milligan.
The show will also feature Divas as Dolly Drag Show opening the night. This will include performances by Hannah VonStevens, Mallory Bishop, Diana Hart, Talia, and Vandeja Voo.
