Glenmore Mansion will be hosting its annual Christmas tour season on December 7, 8, 14, and 15 from 5pm-9pm each night. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for students, and FREE for ages 6 and below. Take a step back in time during this Christmas season and experience the hospitality, beauty, and history of Glenmore, an APTA (Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities) historic site listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Eat & Drink: Couples Holiday Beef Wellington
When: Saturday, December 14th, 6pm-9pm
Where: The Cutting Edge Classroom / 817 North Herron Rd, Knoxville
Ever wonder how Chefs prepare this amazing dish with roots dating back to the 1800s? In this class you will learn how to prepare a flawless beef Wellington while picking up culinary tips and tricks along the way. Their Chef will walk you through the process from choosing the right cut of beef and preparing the duxelles to wrapping the Chateaubriand in Prosciutto and then puff pastry. You will also practice decorating the pastry prior to roasting. While your Wellingtons are in the oven, you will prepare a delicious salad and some roast fingerling potatoes with herbs and garlic. Price is for one couple.

Where: Downtown Knoxville
Tour de Lights is a fun, free, family friendly bike ride through downtown and North Knoxville. You are encouraged to show some holiday spirit by decorating yourselves and your bikes. If you compete in the costume contest, there is a chance you might win a prize!
The ride will start in the Old City at the corner of Willow Ave. and Patton St. at 5:30 p.m. and will end at Market Square. The route is approximately 5 miles long and should take about an hour to ride at a comfortable pace. All streets along the route will be closed for this event.
Registration for the costume contest will take place from 4-4:30 p.m. under the Jackson Ave. bridge, with the judging starting at 4:30 p.m. Everyone must register and be present to take part in the contest.
Mast General and Three Rivers Market will provide hot beverages and treats following the ride!
They encourage all participants to wear helmets and use white front lights and rear reflectors for your safety.
