This November 30, the Blount Partnership wants to celebrate Small Business Saturday with you! It's a special holiday created so communities can show love for small local businesses. Founded by in American Express in 2010, Small Business Saturday® is a day to celebrate the small businesses that help support your neighborhood and is held every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Now in its seventh year, Small Business Saturday has been embraced as part of the holiday shopping tradition as each year shoppers, businesses and public officials come together to Shop Small® and show their neighborhood pride. Last year an estimated $15.1 Billion was spent at a small businesses on Small Business Saturday.
“We feel like this is a great way to make people aware of shopping at local businesses during one of the busiest shopping days of the year,” said Blount Partnership President Bryan Daniels. “As the voice of small businesses, we want to do all we can to help promote our many small businesses.”

Try: 2019 Gobble Wobble

Where: Seven Islands State Birding Park / 2809 Kelly Ln, Kodak
Oh my... you ate all the things. Now it's time to get your wobble on!
Come and give thanks for our public lands with Seven Islands' Rangers, as we hike off some of that stuffing and family togetherness. The hike will give us a great opportunity to hike the brand new Hickory Ridge Trail that just opened as well as discuss upcoming projects at the park.
The hike will cover about 2-2.5 miles of moderate/strenuous terrain.
Meet at 1PM and finish up around 2-2:30 pm.
This is one of the favorite hikes of the year!

Watch & Listen: A Christmas Carol

With stunning costumes, beautiful carols, and $10 tickets for children 5 to 12, the heartwarming “A Christmas Carol,” returns to the Clarence Brown mainstage November 27 through December 21.
At each performance, patrons can enhance the experience by enjoying holiday treats at the concession stand and taking pictures with “Scrooge and Tiny Tim” in a specially designed photo experience which will be stationed in the main lobby. The $10 children’s tickets can only be purchased by calling or stopping by the Box Office at 865-974-5161. UT Faculty/Staff receive 20% off ticket prices. Students see the previews for FREE and the rest of the performances for $5, excluding Opening Night. Groups of 8 or more see the show for $15 at the December 1st and 8th 7:30 pm performances.
