Do: Food City Food Show

When: Friday, September 27th at 9am - Saturday, September 28th at 5pm
Where: Knoxville Convention Center / 701 Henley Street, Knoxville   

The Food City Food Show will return to the Knoxville Convention Center on Friday, September 27th and Saturday, September 28th from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Enjoy product sampling, amazing recipes and exclusive money-saving offers from over 150 food vendors! Featuring LIVE cooking shows with celebrity chefs throughout the day! See quick and nutritious meal solutions the whole family will love.

Advance tickets are available starting September 10 at select Food City locations for only $8.00. Tickets will also be available at the event for $10. Children 6 and under are admitted free of charge.

Event proceeds will benefit the United Way of Greater Knoxville. United Way of Greater Knoxville "brings together resources to improve the lives of people in our community by helping them achieve their potential for self-sufficiency."

Try: Run With The Goats

When: Sunday, September 29th, 1pm-3pm
Where: 3312 Tipton Station Rd. Knoxville  

Join The South Knoxville Alliance and STAR for the second annual Run with the Goats! Run across fields to an arena full of hungry goats! Complete obstacles for points on prizes. This is a FUN run, racers must be age 10 and up. There will be a heat for kids ages 5 to 9: this is just the obsticals and goats portion, not the run portion. Last day to purchase tickets online is Sept 25th.

For non-racers and spectators, we have a cuddle corral full of miniture horses. These tickets are $10 per guest.

Runners who register early will get free parking for one vehicle. Spectators and runners paying on the day of the event will be charged $5 to park.

Watch & Listen: Movies on Market Square - Jaws

Where: Market Square, Knoxville
